Details:

I need to remove galvanise nipply out of a stainless steel housing on a water pressure pump it has rust built up on the pipe nipple, is there any thing to use to help release this pipe nipple ????

I apologize if I am stating thing that are too basic here. 

Okay, Here we go.

Start with a wire brush and maybe even a file.  Clean off the rust as best you can with the wire brush and clean up the nut edges of the nipple with the file.  Try to break it loose with a wrench. 

if the nut edges are rounded.  You might want to squirt some WD-40 or other lubricant on the nipple to see if that will loosen the rust and scale.

If the nipple if too far gone you may have to take a hack saw to the nipple cutting off the part stick up from the pipe.  Then you can try an bolt extractor. 

worse come to worse you may have to drill out the whole mess, rethread the pipe and put in a bigger nipple.
