I'd have to say the guys over at Studio 8 have some of the best work I've seen (including my own, I have a lot of ink from them - can't say I'm not biased). The owner has about 14 or so years of tattooing but whatever, take a look at their portfolio's and see for yourself. Definitely some of the top talent of any tattoo parlor in Houston though, for sure.
