According to Transforers: The Movie, Unicron is a planet that eats other planets. We then watch him transform into a huge humaniod form with skeletal wings not until Kerrigan from Starcraft. Though, in truth, depending on if you go by the comics or the latest in the Transformer series, Primus may also qualify for this catagory.

Omega Supreme was a whole city, but Unicron was a whole bloody planet!!!!
