I've heard the complaints. When I was leaving Paris, I listened to that song five times in a row to get over the fact of having to go.

Parents were getting a divorce......making me crazy...this song just kinda fit the bill...I cried every time I heard it.

Mine has been the fear of heights.
Being in a jet plane was OK,and on a highrise building was a little nervousness,but OK.
BUT when I was 12 yrs old I stood at the edge of the top dive platform at an olympic size pool with my heart and my andredaline pumping madly and plunged into a dive.I missed judged and did a belly flop that took my air out as I sank towards the bottom.I desperatly fought the water to find my way to the surface for air and as I broke into the air I took some loving deep breaths that I desperatly needed.My thoughts were "I'm going to die"then "No I'm not".I got up and tried again and the previous feelings were doubled(fears)but I plunged into the dive once again and made a beautiful dive that left me with the sense of I CAN CONQUER ALL.

The one for me is Dan Seals' "Addicted." It perfectly described my relationship with my first serious girlfriend. I will never forget the first time I heard that song -- I was awed -- he was singing about me. I have other songs that make me emotional, but not like that song.
