Generally, being a wife doesn't look on age. It really doesn't matter if she's older or younger than you are. If she's mature enough to think and she's a real good wife, she should respect his husband and love him to the best of her ability. As a rule for us Christians, wives should submit to their husbands but because women of today are empowered already (though there are exceptions), some of the wives dominate their husbands. That's why we have tons of military women working around the world. They're as brave as men that's why you can't just easily lead or dominate them. So, in determining the rights of women over men, it can be defined by what the couple has agreed on their own. But when they reach to legality matters, the law should rule depending on what it says, they should follow those.

I cannot understand it at all.
The Wife is older ? The husband is less that 18 yo?
In which country are you located ?

Please rephrase your question in English and add some more details so that
we can understand which is your problem.
It seem strange that the minor can be 10 years minor of the the partner and get married in that way.

"Rights and responsibilities of marriages in the United States, age makes no difference."

According to the United States Government Accountability Office (GAO), there are 1,138 statutory provisions in which marital status is a factor in determining benefits, rights, and privileges. It should be noted that these rights and responsibilities apply only to male-female married couples, as the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) defines marriage as between a man and a woman and thus bars same-sex couples from receiving any federal recognition of same sex marriage or conveyance of marriage benefits to same sex couples through federal marriage law.
Prior to the enactment of DOMA, the General Accounting Office (as the GAO was then called) identified 1,049 federal statutory provisions in which benefits, rights, and privileges are contingent on marital status or in which marital status is a factor. An update was published in 2004 by the GAO covering the period between September 21, 1996 (when DOMA was signed into law) and December 31, 2003. The update identified 120 new statutory provisions involving marital status, and 31 statutory provisions involving marital status repealed or amended in such a way as to eliminate marital status as a factor.
