When I surf the web, I see things I would like to e-mail other people. I used to be able to right-click and a menu would come up from which I would click "send to." Then I think g-mail came up. I would fill out the form and send the page.
However, after updating Windows recently, I lost the ability to do that. I cannot use the "file send, etc." either because I do not have Outlook Express (apparently) and cannot get it for some reason.

I see this site has the option of "forward to friends;" and that is exactly what I want to do by right-clicking. Most sites don't offer the option to forward.

	Sometimes I'll be loading one web page (yahoo) in IE while I'm reading an article on another web page in IE. When I'm in the middle of reading the article, the web page displaying yahoo will pop up and cover what I'm reading. How do I make it so that the web page I last clicked remains viewable until I'm ready to go to the other one.
