There are several ’outdoors’ chairs that support us larger people. ALPS Mountaineering puts out a great folding mesh chair that is outstanding, and I think there are a few others out there, but make sure you get the maximum weight tolerance. However, there's not much out there for less than hundreds of dollars, and fewer still are those chairs with weight capacity over 300#

Just curious. My one prediction might be that clothes will be non-washable disposables and thus eliminating the use of washer and dryers. ... Or am I dreaming? haha.
I am considering making an offer on 8 acres of undeveloped property in the country that is for sale by owner. Since there is no realtor involved to advise me, I want to make sure I'm covered in the purchase agreement. I don't want to end up with land that I can't build on for whatever reason! I'm sure I need to make my offer subject to the land being suitable for septic installation, but am wondering what other details I need to include in the paperwork.
I'm looking to get some ideas of cities/towns I should research to make a possible move to.
I'm 27 and single and would like to move somewhere that I can afford to purchase my first home. I don't want to live in the boonies, I need to live somewhere that is no more than a half hour drive from a decent mall and less than 10 minutes to the necessity stores -- grocery stores, Home Depot/Lowe's, Target/Wal-Mart, etc. I don't mind the snow (as a matter of fact, I love it!) and I'm going to be starting my own graphic design/letterpress business out of my home in whatever town I move to. A decent arts community would be a plus, though not required. I'd also like to live within an hour's drive to an International Airport. And I rely heavily on my car...I don't like relying on public transportation to get me where I need to be. I'd like to be as close as possible to friends and family living in Upstate NY, Northern VT, Central/Eastern PA and New Jersey.
