photography

Hello, I am faced with a crucial choice( ahem ) : I enjoy landscapes photography, or portraits.
Of course I want good image quality, and have read every blog on the subject LX3 VS DP1.
Since I rarely print large size prints, and most of my viewing is on screen, does sensor size matter?
The DP1 seems to have fabulous image quality, but how does it translate on a 21 inch LCD COMPUTER SCREEN ? Will I see the difference with the LX3 ?
Pricewise , the DP1 is attractive 280-310 Euros. The LX3 IS A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE.
However price is not everything.
I really like the LX3 with all the features BUT I AM HESITANT because of the SMALLER SIZE OF THE SENSOR.
Buying both is not an option : Advice, Help, Hands on experience?

i have a photo that i need to know if it's real or if it has been photoshop

I've checked around for answers, but the closest to my problem that I've found are to do with the inability to open RAW files from bridge--period. It seems that most people can view RAW in bridge only if they can open them into photoshop from bridge.

For me--I can open from bridge but can't see what I'm opening until I'm in photoshop. I have VISTA and seem to remember being able to view RAW in bridge when I had XP and cs3.

The pictures will be from birth until now. I need to add music with it but have no idea what songs to put.

I'm looking for a high res print/poster of this pic or the name of the photographer who took it. This is NOT the Rolling Stone photo. This is a straight head on photo where he is looking right into the camera with both eyes.

I can save my pics on gimp but gimp wont let me save them to my computer how do I save them to my computer so that I can make a photo cd of them pics I edit on gimp2?

How fast can I take picture after picture? With my camera I have to wait about 15 seconds before I can take the next picture and is kind of annoying because my baby is doing something funny and when I want to take more than one picture I never can because then the moment is gone.

I change the cooling fan and it does not power up still, I noticed it was not on, so it has a new one but when I continously click on the external mouse, the screen comes back again but only for a few seconds only to go on standby and dark screen again. Battery is good and power supply is good. Any ideas of why this is happening, obviously the new fan did not fix it, and how do I make it power up, maybe that is the problems because its heating up. Also the mouse pad does not work in the ibook, I have to use an external mouse. Please help!!!! what do I need to do next? What is wrong with this laptop. how do I fix this problem? Help me please somebody out there with Ibook knowledge !!!!!

My husband tends to leave for weeks, he has done it through our whole 7yr relationship, i never caught him cheating and he claims he has an issue with this, always begs me back and claims he really loves me... Yet this issue has been taking me on an emotional roller coaster and there been no change on his behalf...

I have dealt with a lot from my husband from him leaving for weeks to him one minute being loving than a jerk and verbally aggressive. I use to be very outgoing and had many friends, but now as time pasted i lost the ambition and communication with my friends and let him control the relationship to however he wanted. The worst part is i know he has control, yet i let him back, and I feel like i can't leave him. How could I get myself together and leave him?
