I don't think that there's a phone that fully uses the Bluetooth feature - maximal speed, wireless connectivity, accessories and what else not. But it's a feature I really couldn't live with out. I use it for connection with my wireless headphones - the phone is Sony Ericsson K550i, I also use it for sending files/contacts, for synchronizing my phone with the PC, I even use it by using my mouse (wireless Bluetooth). I guess that the phones that use the Bluetooth to it's max are those PDAs like Blackberry etc.

Pretty much every phone has functions like IR. It was used before Bluetooth but the BT is a lot more convenient. Also there's WiFI but it's more oriented to making wireless networks and is a lot more expensive. The newer Nokia phones have the WiFi feature - N95 is may fav.
Sources: My 2 cents.

i,ll tell u what i know.. i have a bluetooth car stereo, for phone calls and streaming music . so i made a mistake and bought a bluetooth phone the  krazor , (sister to the razor phone which is a mp3 player also) which has bluetooth 1.2 which is not a2dp compatable. so if you get bluetooth anything (especially something for streaming music wirelessly ) get bluetooth 2 that is a2dp compatible...
