Details:

I guess this will lead to a discussion, of whats extreme. GG Allin was extreme, but his music wasn't as extreme as some of the death metal bands out there.

Dying Fetus has not been held responsible for murder, neo-Nazism and the burning of Churches - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_metal Also, if you want real offensiveness, The Dayglo Abortions http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dayglo_Abortions has been the subject of Police investigation... just for their artwork and lyrics....

If you run/jog, row, bike, or other cardio exercise and listen to music you might find that you go further and can work harder and longer with music if you get into sync with the music. There is a scientific term for that. What is it?

I read a science study a while back that showed that doing this will push you past your "no music" stopping point... you can run further, harder, with more cardio benefit with music than without. Also understand that 132 beats per minute is the best rate for most humans and most cardio work. Unsure of that though someone out there may know that too?
