"Marlboro Miles" were originally introduced in conjunction with Marlboro Man advertising campaigns (1960s?), and subsequently discontinued in 2006.

Marlboro Miles were probably discontinued because of the (public) change in attitude regarding cigarette smoking, and various new bans on (cigarette) advertising and (Sports) sponsorship.
