"trying to find the title of a movie"

Details:

The movie I think is late 80's early 90's its about 2 bounty hunters I think who are chasing the same person. I think it has some comedy about it.

The only things I remember are one drove a car with a chain for a steering wheel and I think one of them always carried a baseball.

any help much appreciated.

It was a comedy in 1988 and Charles Grodin was the bounty who was constantly being caught, lost then swapped with the other bounty hunter.

It didn't have the baseball reference though, or the gang banger chain steering wheel.

It had a decent cast, Yaphet Kotto who played one of the engineers in Alien and one of arch enemy in James Bond movie Live and Let Die.

I am trying to find a movie title to a very old movie. I was probably around 5 or 7 when i watched it with my father late night. I don't know when it was made but the hairstyles and stuff lead me to believe it was in the 70's could have been earlier it was in color. I'm not too sure about all the details either i could be wrong on them I can only remember the ending scene and very little of it. It was a futuristic movie, either it was all futuristic or the man went to the future for something. The man and woman was being chased for reasons i cant remember. i think the movie is from the 70's. it's about a geeky teen who accidentlly kills a little girl who was teasing him by pushing her off her bike and she hits her head and dies. him and his mother convert a bathroom they have under their staircase into a hiding place for him his mother eventually dies and a new family moves in to the house while hes still hiding and he becomes infatuated with the teenage daughter

	i remember sailing ships, a girl being sacrificed on a cliff top and battleships with canons. a friend suggested gun's of navarone and mutiny on the bounty but it isn't any of those. i think it was made in the 1960's or 70's but nothing else is clear.

In the 80's there was a kids movie on HBO that I loved but can only remember one scene from it. There were children who found I think 3 pieces of a mechanical heart. They put them together to form a complete heart and I think a person came to them, maybe like a robot. There is a scene when the kids are raking leaves at the end I think. Really want my kids to see it but cant remember title. Hope someone can help me. Also where can I find Saturday the 14th on DVD for cheap??

I was thinking that too, but I don't think the chain steering wheel and baseball elements are in that film.
