I saw several on Amazon.com, where there is now a Christian book store. I don’t know how to get to Amazon's Christian book store directly, but if you go to Amazon.com, type Christian book store in the search box and it will take you there.

You have  to read the descriptions very carefully to find all of the features you want.  You may want to personally visit one of the church affiliated bookstores, such as Cokesbury (Methodist) or Baptist Bookstores, and if you see what you want, order it at Amazon.com for a better price.

"Lots of Places"

A funny answer came into my head when I first read the question of - "Any hotel bedside table drawer" :)

But seriously I think finding a copy of KJV should be relatively easy.  It's the most popular and widely sold version of the Bible.  My first suggestion would be to contact your nearest Christian book store, some of the big national chains are "LifeWay", "Sign of the Fish" and individual denominations tend to have book stores Cokesbury (Methodist) or Augsburg (Lutheran).  Probably the easiest thing to do would be to contact any of these stores and tell them what you are looking for, with the KJV they would probably have a copy with your specific specs in stock.

If not there are several websites which might be of use to you

of course Amazon  or Christianbook.com they have got a lot of stuff there and you can search by what you are looking for.   http://www.christianbook.com

I think you probably won't have a lot of problem finding that.  Also, if you can stand to read online (sometimes it makes me crazy) you can get various versions online at Bible.com or Biblegateway.com

I hope that is helpful, good luck in your search.  I think probably the easiest thing is going to be contacting a local store.

"Is this a trick question?"

I can't help but think that this is a trick question.

Hmmmmmm, we're on a web site with amazon in its name and someone is asking were to find the most common and most published translation of one to the most popular books in the world.

Places you can find a KJV

WalMart

Bilo

WinneDixie

CV Pharamacy

Most hotels (Gideons)

Most libriaries

Used book stores

most prisions

....

about the only place you can't find one is a public school

So sell me a vowel or someting.

What is it (if anything) that you'd like to know.

Except maybe how many folk would be as gulible as me and answer....

I'm not saying do this, but you might consider it. The King James version (authorized version), out of the dozen or so King James versions I've got the absolute best one is issued by the Free Masons. Don't let anybody kid you. I've got one, and it's LOADED! It's cross indexed, encyclopediazed, cross referranced, red lettered for every spoken word HE said and it's BIG and HEAVY.

Even if you've already got another...check into this. P.S. They won't let you have one unless you become a member.
