Details:

Customs finally recognizes that holding on to a laptop for a couple of years can greatly inconvenience the life of anyone unfortunate enough to find themselves under suspicion, and is relaxing -- a little -- the rules about what it will do during a laptop seizure.

Oh my--I would flip if it happened to me. My computer is my life! I guess there's nothing one can do if it happens except surrender to the contemptuous tyrants...otherwise if you protest you might find yourself in trouble...big trouble.
