"**I'll Give It A try!**"

Here goes...

You are trying to talk on the phone...you hear them at first, then you don't...

**You are or have been reaching out to people, trying to communicate...**

Is there someone or some group that you have tried repeatedly to say how you feel, but they disregard you? They turn you off, you can''t hear them anymore and they aren't listening anymore? Is someone not honoring your feelings? This is what I get from that aspect of the dream....

**You are in bed**

When we are in bed we are in a vulnerable position--it is also the place we want to feel safe, protected, and secure in--you do not feel that way. I think you feel unprotected, scared, and sometimes out of your depth...

**Your body just locks up like something is holding you down**

What is holding you down in life? What is controlling you? In your waking hours you can rationalize it, but in your dreams you cannot. You feel 'controlled.' And when you are honest with yourself you don't like it and it scares you.

**Denomic breathing, screeching sound like nails on blackborad, heard little voices.**

This sounds scary, but if all elements of a dream are you and about you. This is YOU trying to get through to you. The breathing--breathe is how we live--it's our life. You hear or feel your life and it's scary. What in your life is scaring you? What in your life is squeezing the life out of you? Nails on a blackboard, you have a lesson to learn here. You know what it is--it's been told to you by friends, perhaps teachers, parents, but you resist the lesson, so [like the dream] it will come back over and over. The figure and little voice--is you--again telling you that you are under way tooooo much stress. It's your little voice trying to get you to wake up and take the steps you need to unlock yourself from something or someone unhealthy.

Over all it is an anxiety dream and may mean you feel isolated, alienated or deeply hurt in some way. But you are trying to 'lock' out these feelings.

Also over all in the dream you are quite passive--things keep happening TO you. That again shows your anxiety and it is telling you that YOU are the one who has to make 'it' different; to make you and your life better.

I don't know what stress you are under, but it seems like the dream says you are. It is affecting your dreams, it will affect your health if you don't deal with it.

Nothing is worth feeling this anxious and this alone. Think of healthy relationships and love--and not just relationships and love at any price--because, really, love and friendship doesn't ask for any price.

That's what I see anyway....

Dreaming is an insight into our feelings....

"1) Dreams are your mind sorting events and thoughts of the day while you sleep. Some of these, you remember."

2) The images you remember are your subconscious doing some work that needs to be done (if you don't sleep, you turn psychotic.) But that work is done with your conscious largely uninvolved and unaware. Thus, what you remember from dreams is probably not all that was involved in the thought processes at that time.

3) This was scary, but the scariness was mainly from the feeling of being restrained: you dreamt your body locked up. Once you have that frightening part, any voices will also be frightening, whether or not they actually are.

4) You are able to program your mind before sleeping to not dream certain things. Tell yourself, "Tonight, no more of that crazy phone call dream." See what happens (or doesn't.)

"Not to make something out of nothing....."

but have you been watching any scary movies lately?  I know you're in a messed up situation (previous question) and our subconscious does have a tendency to take events from our daily lives and incorporate them into our dreams and since nothing from your previous questions mentioned anything about demonic possessions maybe it's something you've seen on TV.

If you have watched any scary movies lately I'd suggest you not watch them right before bed; and if that's not the case I'd suggest the following.....  RUN!!!  Get out of the relationship you're in for it's starting to control your subconscious as well as your daily life.

Any dream that I have had, nothing has come of them. I have found personally for myself, it was about the events of the day, like my emotions, where they good or bad.  Sounds and images I subconsciously seen throughout the day, insecurities or fears I had that impacted me that day too.     Dreams and what they mean have been the subject of discussion, about whether they mean anything or not, has been debated throughout history.

I found this website for you, it has a dream analysis section, and a forum section where you can discuss  your dreams with others, who believe they have meaning.

Also, I linked you to some books on Amazon, you may want to look at, if you don't  purchase them, then write down the titles and check them out at the library.     Good luck

"You are complicated, stressed1322!!"

Hi again,

I answered a question about your relationship a short time ago.

These dreams are a symptom of your personal life.

Everything we are aware or conscious off is recorded in the brain. Anxiety and stress are recorded chemically but can cause upset and depression.

When you dream your subconscious releases the activities that it no longer needs, such as flittering off of stress, daily running around etc, usually of no consequence.

Your dreams are the subconscious trying to deal with extreme anxiety, stress, turmoil and possibly depression. They express themselves as anxious situations that reflect your psychological state.

It may reflect on the turmoil in your relationship and your inability to reach a satisfactory outcome. You feel trapped, anxious, unable to move forward and perhaps no one is listening to you or you feel unheard. The shaking sounds like the bodies reaction to anxiety. Fear, anger, worry, anxiety, lack of control all contribute.

Are you in a state of fright?

I would talk your problems out or write them down. It releases the anguish. Get some steady exercise as this helps with stress. Plan to deal with your issues and get a positive outcome.

There is nothing paranormal about these dreams. They reflect your lifestyle and your past.
