We're not Amazon employees. You need to contact customer service by clicking on the "Help" link in the upper right-hand corner of any page at the Amazon.com site.

Once you log into Amazon.com's site, go to any Help page and the right-hand side you should see a panel with a link to contact them by e-mail or phone. This is the way they prefer you contact them and is the best way to contact them with a problem.
