The normal tall, thin models or the skeletons? Remember that models gentically are predispositioned to be ultra thin with just the right cheekbones, tiny breasts (low body fat all their life), etc. that look great airbrushed. Just like being born a 14 pound baby boy gives you a head start on a career path of linebacker. A regular person eating 200 calories a day will still never look anything like a model.
