Details:

I know how to do the basic "step" aerobics, I just don't know the terminology for the new steps. The gym I go to uses "REEBOK" step terminology. I wanted to know if anyone knows of a book with that in there.

"I don't know of a book, but this site should help you"

This is a free solution so hopefully it's a better solution, but this website has a pretty good chart with the Standardized Step Reebok Terminology. I hope it works for you and saves you a couple of bucks!

"Maybe something by Denise Austin?"

I don't know of a book, but I used to use a Denise Austin VHS tape and she used Reebok steps.  (The actual step that you put your foot on.)  Maybe since she used the Reebok steps and shoes, she used the Reebok method?  I used a beginner tape because I am clumsy.  I honestly can't remember if she used names for the steps she was doing but she was very good at explaining them.  The first part of the tape showed how to do them step-by-step (no pun intended!)

I'm not sure what you are referring to as "new steps," but maybe it's worth a shot to look at the tape?  A lot of libraries have VHS and DVDs that you can check out and bring back at no cost and I see a lot of work-out instructional videos there.  So, for no cost at all, check out your local library...or ask a librarian.  They can get you info. from other libraries, too.  Good luck!
