"Best antenna for digital tv (Indoor)?"

I went to http://www.antennaweb.org/aw/Address.aspx
And my zipcode is 22015 but don't know what the colors mean....

You will get nine of the digital stations in your area using a small multi-directional antenna. To get much more, you would have to go with a medium directional antenna, basically a multi-element rooftop antenna.

But you don't need a special antenna for digital. First try what you have now before investing in a new antenna.

So, just find the grouping of channels you're trying to get reception for, click the color that covers them and it'll bring you to the next page. From there, hopefully you'll have enough information for shopping.

If you're going to a store with knowledgable salespeople as opposed to shopping online, ask them. I did both the website you're using and I went to the store and asked.
I really like my antenna. It gives me signal when my satellite dish is out and I've found that our PBS statin broadcasts multiple channels! Yay!
