"Is Tahiti Village in Vegas for real or is it a scam/time share deal?"

I keep hearing these advertisements on the radio about Tahiti Village in Vegas, offering a free 3 day 2 night stay. Does anyone know anything about this place?

Considering last year I lived two blocks away from there, I can say it is quite an awesome looking place. Tahiti Village is a timeshare thing, but won't take more than a couple of hours of your weekend. I have heard that there are lots of things to do there, they always have lots of comedians there too! Even now that I am living in Minnesota I also hear the commercials on the radio. They have remarkable pools, and it is exclusive to adults so you don't have to worry about overcrowded pools with screaming children.

Tahiti Village has a great location in Las Vegas, NV. It is near the airport, so the taxi fare won't be much. I believe they also offer shuttles to and from as well. The outlet mall to die for is less than a block away. Tons of great shopping there. Also, if you want to go to the Las Vegas Strip, you are only 1.5 miles away. You are far away enough from the noise and commotion, but close enough for a great view.

So in short, yes you will have to listen to them ( I think they say it only takes an hour, but I am sure it will be longer), but it is worth the weekend free because this resort is pretty cool.

"It is a timeshare thing, the 3 days are "FREE" when you also pay for the timeshare probably multiple years"

I wouldn't do it, it is the timeshare thing, I'm not into these formulas. Personal reasons, I don't trust it.
