Hello.

Thanks for taking the time to pose your question. :)

Starbucks has long prided itself on being one of the premiere coffee roasters and grinders in the US and perhaps the world. That's why--to this point--they only offer percolated coffees in the US rather than an instant sort.

Some time ago someone wrote a parody announcement claiming they were introducing instant coffee (http://www.unconfirmedsources.com/?itemid=2409 ), but this is surely not the case.

You'll note that throughout this answer I've used "in the US" a number of times. That's because Starbucks -has- released a ready-to-drink type of coffee in South Korea. (Details here: http://www.starbucks.com/aboutus/pressdesc.asp?id=773 )

Also, if you're interested in requesting that Starbucks does begins to introduce these to the US, you can contact them at http://www.starbucks.com/customer/contact_forms.asp?nav=3f

Be well -- and enjoy a drink!

Cheers,
sm

Starbucks prides itself on providing very good, high-quality coffee.  There's just no way to dehydrate coffee without losing a lot of its flavor.  Instant coffee can provide enough coffee flavor to provide some nice flavor notes in a chocolate cake, or provide you a fix of caffeine in a fluid similar enough to coffee to get you through a bad day.  But you're unlikely to ever make one that Starbucks would consider good enough to put its name on.

"Nope, I'm pretty sure they do not."

I've been to a lot of Starbucks over the years (more often than I care to admit), and I'm pretty familiar with most of their products both online and in stores, and I have never seen this. I also just made a quick call to the local Starbucks, and they agreed that nope, there is no such thing.
