"Sims2 cheats. How do I "evict or move out" the family?"

Details:

I found a cheat and part of the instructions say to evict or move out the family and buy a bigger house. How do I move them out and move them to another house?

Go to the family bin, then click on the button showing the family with an arrow. Then you can select which lot to move out family. Depending on what expansion packs you have, you may be able to have your Sims collect up any items you want them to keep before moving.

As a landlord, I leased a guest house to a tenant for a short term of 3 months that ended October 31. Do to financial problems, she moved out about 10 days later. To help her out, I agreed to let her stay up at the main house to give her some more time for her to find another place. This part was verbal.
