Q:
Dog the Bounty Hunter Chapman lost his show for inappropriate language. What do you think?
Dog Chapman and also others... the Greaseman (radio) and Imus (radio) have been punished for making "racially insenstitive remarks" on the air.... or even in private. Demands are made by Jesse Jackson/Al Sharpton for their punishment......

A: Here's what I think.
I just listened to the tape of Dog's conversation with his son about his son's girlfriend. I think his son is an immature little prat for taking this private conversation public. He's not happy because Dog will not give him a job. As far as I'm concerned, your parents do not owe you a living. When you listen to the conversation, it doesn't sound racist in the least, well not in my opinion anyway. It is obvious to me that Dog was worried that the girl in question would use her connection with his son to dig up dirt on Dog, Beth, the rest of their team, and their families, and take it to the tabloids. In fact he had been told by another person that she had been overheard saying that she would do exactly that. Dog has apologized for using those words, I think he is sincere. He should definitely not have used that particular word, and I don't think he has meant it in the way that has been implied. I think that it is incredibly harsh for A&E to cancel his show for a private conversation. Other people other than Dog make a living by being on this show, the repercussions are going to be felt by them, and that's certainly not fair. From the news articles I've read (online), the show has been suspended. I hope that haven't cancelled it outright.
