I want to start getting more nutrients in me in the morning, so I decided some sort of breakfast drink would be best because I can finish it at work if need be. I was drinking Ensure, but I've slowly become more and more intolerant to soy. Dairy, soy, nuts, and of course gluten are not options for me. I'm also a little unsure of xanthan gum, though I haven't cut it from my diet yet.
I'm considering doing hemp milk with carnation instant breakfast (powder), but I need to check the ingredients of the Carnation first.
I know a few people here have similar intolerances as me, so I'm hoping for some suggestions.

You might want to check out
glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.com.
I do believe she had posted some "smoothie" type options that may work for you...I do remember a recipe for a blueberry smoothie, if I'm not mistaken.
Hope this helps!!!

Thanks for the tip Torrey. I'll definitely check that one out.
My idea for Carnation Instant Breakfast is out because it says right on the box that it is made on lines that also process wheat products. I could have sworn the website had it listed as on ok one.

I picked up some rice protein powder at the health food store...at the moment, I have forgotten the company's name, but I know you can also buy it through Miss Roben's/Allergy Grocer...
I did a quick look-see through the GF Goddess Blog, and I saw 3 possible options for you. One was a blueberry smoothie, another was a chocolate strawberry smoothie, and I think another was either cranberry or strawberry and banana...all were GF/CF/soy-free, I *think*!!!

I've come to depend on a morning smoothie that I've tweaked to suit my needs. I empty a probiotic capsule, add a scoop or two of hemp seed powder, a banana, some berries - fresh or frozen, ice and a splash of water and juice.
No dairy, no gluten, no soy, no grains, no yeast.
